Paper applications must be signed by Sunday, June 20, 2021. Please note that paperwork and funds must be received by Great American Life within seven calendar days of the application signed date.

Electronic applications must be completed by Sunday, June 20, 2021 Paperwork and funds must be received by Great American Life within seven calendar days of the date the application was submitted to your back office.

Transfers and Rollovers
In order to receive the higher rate:
